My ability to document work such as quotes, links, titles and articles has improved drastically. My significant writing project was the most fitting example of my abilities to document my work. As seen in my drafts I had improper citations and little to no embedded quotes. I started as a student who did not know how to properly give credit to the authors of the scholarly articles I read. I am now a student who can cite the authors and the scholarly articles. This improvement is not only with citations but also with quotes. As I look back on older drafts I notice a lack of embedded quotes. If the quotes I wrote were imbedded they were typically not correct. An example of this is in my significant writing project since I have now included my embedded quotes in the correct format. My significant writing project also includes another improvement compared to my first drafts. My project includes quotes with correct formatting as follows: Quote, Parenthesis, Citation, and then punctuation.
